By using Jaccha Baccha you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Not medical advice
Jaccha Baccha provides general parenting and child-health information and record-keeping tools. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always ask your child's doctor about vaccinations, growth, development and medicines, and never ignore or delay professional advice because of something you saw in the app.
Early testing phase
Jaccha Baccha is still being tested. You may run into errors, inconsistencies or missing features, features may change, and — although we work to prevent it — information you enter could be lost. Please keep your original vaccination card, prescriptions and reports, and use the app as a convenient copy rather than your only record. If something looks wrong, tell us at feedback@jacchabaccha.in.
About the reference information
The vaccination schedule follows the Indian Academy of Pediatrics (IAP) guidelines, milestones are adapted from the CDC's developmental checklists, and growth curves are based on the WHO Child Growth Standards, simplified into an approximation. Guidelines change and every child is different, so treat this information as a general reference and confirm it with your pediatrician.
Your account
You are responsible for the activity on your account and for the accuracy of what you enter. You must be an adult (parent or legal guardian) to use the app.
Your data
The records you enter belong to you. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Reminders
Dose reminders are a convenience. They may be delayed or missed — for example if your device is offline, the app is closed, or notifications are turned off — so do not rely on them as your only safeguard.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the app, attempt to access other people's data, or interfere with the service.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the app running and accurate, but it is provided "as is", without guarantees. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of the app, including from missed reminders or reliance on the reference information.
Ending your use
You can stop using the app at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date above shows when they last changed.
